Support is agreed for each project. Supplier screening is an initial assessment, not a factory audit or product inspection. Quantities, pricing, customization and lead times remain subject to supplier confirmation.

Can you help if my first order is small?
Yes. Share your intended quantity and product requirements. I can help explore suppliers’ trial-order conditions, stock options and existing designs. Acceptance of a small order depends on the product and supplier; a particular MOQ cannot be guaranteed.
Can you help find suppliers if I do not have any yet?
Yes. Supplier search and initial screening can be included in the agreed scope. We start with your product, quantity and customization brief to identify potential matches.
Can you help with samples and private-label packaging?
I can help communicate your requirements, discuss available branding and packaging options, clarify sample fees and timing, and follow up on samples. Feasibility and final terms must be confirmed by the supplier.
Do I need to visit China?
No. Supplier search, initial screening and sample communication can be supported remotely. If you visit Shenzhen, accompaniment and English interpreting can be arranged separately.
How are service fees agreed?
Fees depend on the agreed tasks and scope. Supplier sample charges, shipping, travel and other applicable expenses are discussed separately from my service fee before you commit.
Does supplier screening include an audit or quality inspection?
No. Initial screening helps assess whether a supplier’s stated capabilities and terms fit your brief. It does not replace a factory audit, product inspection or independent verification.
Does a WhatsApp inquiry confirm a booking?
No. We first agree on availability, scope, timing and fees. Your initial message is a starting point for discussing your needs.
